How many brownies or blondies are in a tray?
Each tray is baked in a 9" x 9" tin and cut into 16 squares.
Can I mix flavours in one tray?
No. Each tray is a single flavour and contains 16 squares of the same brownie or blondie.
Where are you based?
Dan's Cakes & Bakes is based in Drayton, Norwich (NR8). Collection is available by arrangement.
How long do they last?
5–7 days in an airtight container. They also freeze beautifully for up to a month.
How should I store them?
Pop them in the fridge for at least an hour after arrival. They’re at their fudgiest straight from the fridge! Personally I always keep mine in the fridge.
