Great bakes start with great ingredients. That’s why I use:

• Callebaut Belgian chocolate in cakes, buttercreams, ganaches and drips — never supermarket “cooking chocolate”.

• Titanium dioxide‑free white buttercreams and drips (no E171).

• Proper butter, not margarine or cheap soft spreads, for the best flavour, texture and quality in every bake.
